Billy G's Carolina BBQ started in 2004 with one simple mission: bring the authentic taste of Carolina BBQ to every table, backyard, and event in the Midlands. What began as a passion for perfecting the pit has grown into one of South Carolina's most recognized BBQ brands.

Over two decades we've mastered the art of low-and-slow cooking — pulled pork smoked for 14+ hours, beef brisket with a bark that breaks right, ribs that slide clean off the bone. Every recipe has been refined over hundreds of events and thousands of satisfied guests.

In 2023, The State newspaper recognized us as Best Food Truck in South Carolina — and we've held that title every year since. It's not a trophy we chase; it's a standard we maintain every single event.
