SouthJan Commercial Cleaning was started right here in the Midlands by a family that believed local businesses deserved better than what national franchise chains were offering — impersonal service, high turnover crews, and no accountability.
We started with a handful of clients in West Columbia and grew through word of mouth. No national brand, no call center, no territory reps. Just a local team that cares about its reputation because we live in the same community as our clients.
More than 15 years later, we still answer our own phones. We still walk through every facility before a crew starts. And we still believe that a clean, well-maintained building tells the world something important about the business inside it.
