Built for Columbia, with Columbia in mind

Kim and Jason Rickman opened Venture X Downtown Columbia because they saw what was missing — a workspace that felt as professional as the work being done inside it. Not a converted warehouse. Not a chain coffee shop with a desk. A real, polished, hospitality-grade office on Main Street.

The 18th floor of 1901 Main was the obvious choice. The views are unmatched. The address is recognized. And the building's energy matches the kind of community we wanted to build — attorneys, financial advisors, consultants, therapists, growing teams, and serious solo professionals.

Every member is greeted by name. Every guest is offered coffee. Every detail of this space is intentional — because the work you do here matters, and the room you do it in should feel that way too.
