The Hangar Provisions was born from a simple idea: Lexington deserved a cafe that felt like home. Not a chain, not a franchise — a real spot with real people behind the counter who know your name and remember your order.
Tucked into Suite U at 109 Old Chapin Road, we set up in a spot that had some history to it — the kind of space that already had character. We kept the warmth, added specialty coffee, and started feeding people food worth eating.
Every morning we're up early prepping the food, calibrating the espresso, and getting ready for the regulars. Some come for the avocado toast. Some come for a quiet corner and a good latte. Some just come for the conversation. We're glad they all do.
