Vella's Restaurant & Tavern started with a simple idea: Cayce deserves a real neighborhood restaurant. Not a chain, not a drive-through — a place with an actual kitchen making real food, a full bar worth sitting at, and a staff that recognizes your face when you walk in.
We set up shop at 829 Knox Abbott Drive and started cooking. Our menu is rooted in American tavern classics done right — scratch-made soups, hand-breaded proteins, burgers built the way they're supposed to be, and entrees that make people come back for seconds every week. The bar is fully stocked, the pours are honest, and the atmosphere is exactly what a neighborhood tavern should feel like.
